Currently we are looking for our next Customer Service Superstar to join our support team in Helsinki. The team currently consists of four agents who live and breath for a good customer experience. Since Bambora is a Nordic company with global presence, working cross borders and functions is a big part of our everyday tasks.

 

Are you the one?

The customer support team is one of our main points of contact for our customers, so we are looking for you who have superior communication skills and a burning desire to help customers, as well as coworkers. Of course, delivering an excellent customer experience is your passion!

With your excellent communication skills, you are able to combine friendliness and professionalism. On the phone, your smile always shines through the conversation no matter the question. When you are replying to an e-mail, you are making the customer feel welcome and you are thinking one step ahead – providing the customer with detailed information.

 

You will provide our customers with a top of the class support, helping them with technical challenges and guide them in financial solutions. We value a flexible and open-minded attitude, since you will face a large variety of questions from our customers every day.

 

As a Customer Service Agent, it is important that you have good listening skills to ensure that you are able to identify the customer’s needs and do not miss important details. It is essential that you are solution-oriented with a can-do attitude, and that you are able to see the bigger picture in the customer’s needs.  

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Find solutions on technical issues
  • Assist with ecommerce and instore settings
  • Guide customers in financial questions
  • Help with questions regarding invoicing and acquiring
  • Troubleshooting

 

We are looking for a self-starter whose key capabilities include

Qualifications required

  • Proven work experience where your superb service skills are demonstrated
  • Fluent Finnish speaker and excellent written skills

 

Meriting

  • Knowledge in other Nordic languages
  • Technical, Communication or Financial oriented studies
  • Work experience within Customer Service

General info

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 

Training: 4-6 weeks of training with a well-designed and fun program 

Position: This is, to begin with, a termporary/fixed term position during the time period 01.12.2020 - 31.03.2022. However there is a chance that the position will be transformed into a permanent one.
