Join our Finnish Sales team as we seek a Partner Account Manager!

Based in Finland and reporting to the Head of Finland, you will drive sales within our Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment to achieve sales and customer growth targets. You will play a significant role with key contacts as partners and other business units. 

 

To succeed in this role it´s important that you have excellent communication skill and a sales-through-service mentality. At Bambora, we are eager innovators, so to thrive at us, you need to be flexible and open-minded, but never let it be to the expense of details.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our current partner sales portfolios, account management and seek new opportunities to drive our new business sales with partners
  • Ensure growth through cross selling activities to an existing customer portfolio
  • Find new partners for us in Finland
  • Address, investigate, resolve, respond and follow-up on Partner enquiries
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners´ overall satisfaction with Bambora
  • Refine and develop existing processes, build a knowledge base and drive continuous process improvements (both within the team and with other teams) to enable the delivery of a high standard of support to our Partners
  • Maintain a work plan identifying responsibilities, deliverables and processes that must be executed to achieve results. Document and steer specific milestones

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in Sales, Account management Customer care or similar
  • Fluent in English and Finnish, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and have a hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, and specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with CRM Sales force and statistical methods and tools

 

Merits
