Currently we are looking for our next Customer Service Superstar to join our support team in Oslo. Since Bambora is a Nordic company with global presence, working cross borders and functions are a big part of our everyday tasks.


Are you the one?

As a part of our Customer Experience organization, you will provide our customers with a top of the class support, helping them with technical challenges and guide them in financial solutions. We value a flexible and open-minded attitude, since you will face a large variety of questions from our customers every day. The customer support team is one of our main points of contact for our customers, so we are looking for you who have superior communication skills and a burning desire to help customers, as well as coworkers.

It is also essential that you are solution-oriented with a can-do attitude, and that you are able to see the bigger picture in the customer’s needs.  


Your main tasks will be

  • Find solutions on technical issues
  • Assist with ecommerce and instore settings
  • Guide customers in financial questions
  • Help with questions regarding invoicing and acquiring
  • Troubleshooting


We are looking for a self-starter whose key capabilities include

  • Outstanding communication skill on the phone

  • You are constantly looking for ways to improve and ways to work more efficiently


Qualifications required

  • Proven work experience where your superb service skills are demonstrated
  • Fluent Norwegian speaker and excellent written skills



  • Knowledge in other Nordic languages
  • Technical, Communication or Financial oriented studies
  • Work experience within Customer Service

General info

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08.00 – 16.00 

Training: 4-6 weeks of training with a well-designed and fun program 

This is a fixed term postion for: June 2021-June 2022 (1 year)
