We are looking for you who loves paying attention to details, but also working in a high paced operational environment.


In the role as Activation Agent, you will help our customers join Bambora with excellent service without putting our compliance aside. We put great pride into giving our customers the best possible start, it should be quick and easy to get started. We aim to get it right the first time! The successful candidate is one who stands out with a solution-oriented mindset and passion for collaborating with colleagues across departments and national boundaries. It is important that you are service minded and clear in your communication both internally and externally. 

Any experience of working with back office or risk assessment is meriting. Previous experience from the payments or financial industry is also a plus but not a requirement. We believe that you are skilled with the computer as your main work tool.

Responsibilities with the role

  • Support go to market activities and launch of new products
  • Adding customers to our different production systems
  • Be a vital part of our lead-to-live journey
  • Take ownership to improve and automate processes related to activation of customers



We are looking for a self-starter whose key capabilities include:

  • team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
  • Truly flexible: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
  • Creative and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a seamless blend of professionalism and friendliness



  • College level education
  • Communication skills – orally as well as written– in Swedish and English
  • Proven work experience where your superb service skills and attention to details were demonstrated



  • Communication skills in  Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish is an advantage
  • Previous experience from the payment world, back office or other high paced operational environment
