Do you want to work in a fast growing company with global presence? Right now we are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Business Controller to join and enhance our Controlling team.


In this role you will experience a stimulating work environment where you will handle all aspects of business and financial controlling and monitoring of the Group´s financial performance.

You will be part of a team of five people with very ambitious development targets, where the work is conducted in close cooperation with the business units, and you will report directly to the Head of Business Controlling with specific topics managed directly with the CFO of the Business Line.



  • Support the fast development of the company and the broader SMB Business Line by driving and helping develop the analysis of the financial reporting in a way that mirrors the Group’s governance and business model
  • In general, the role requires:
    • Support the Head of Business Controlling and the CFO in the preparation of ad hoc business and financial analyzes to ensure that performance is in line with the strategic objectives of the Group
    • Actively participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and monitor actual performance against targets
    • Identify key non-financial metrics (KPIs), develop the systems and processes to capture the information and report on these
    • Improve and upgrade the overall reporting process together with the rest of the team
  • In particular, your scope will be focusing over 2 key areas of business controlling:
    • Reporting of business performance to Group and SMB Business Line for both SMB Business Line leadership and Ingenico Group
    • Prepare the monthly financial reports focused on business performance of the Bambora business with accurate and relevant information for the management of Bambora and the key business owners

  • You have very strong financial and analytical skills and you are data driven, but you also think about how to best present information and deliver to the point key messages to the leadership.

  • You enjoy a fast moving and highly dynamic setting, and you have the ability to participate and support fast decision making process
  • You are delivery-focused with a high degree of ownership
  • You are a team player with a positive, humble attitude, but you are also ambitious for yourself and the company you are working for



  • University diploma or degree within finance, accounting business administration or similar
  • Excel is your best friend to support your strong modelling skills, and you are an experienced user of other MS Office applications
  • Ability to deal with large sets of data
  • Preferably 3 years of experience from a Transactions Services department in a Big Four environment or Finance advisory boutique
  • Solid written and verbal skills in Swedish and English



  • Previous experience SAP and Cognos
