Are you newly graduated or have worked a couple of years within the administrative HR field? Are you organized and love paying attention to details? Then this is the role for you!

We are currently seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join our HR team of 7 colleagues.



You will proactively support all administrative tasks as part of the HR Back Office Team, supporting the other colleagues in the HR Team to deliver on ambitious and high set targets. This by ensuring that all HR activities are administrated to a high standard. You will also be responsible to pursue our organized work environment activity together with the safety committee.


Operating in a high-paced international environment, you must be flexible and open-minded, but you would never let it be to the expense of details. The HR team integrates on all levels of the business, so you must have excellent communication skills and a great interest in people and different cultures.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Managing and developing our HR reporting; locally and to Worldline Global.
  • Superuser of our HR-systems SuccessFactors and CatalystOne – updating the systems with relevant data and support our HR- processes technically.
  • Administrate HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and exit formalities.
  • Provide overall administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining and processing documentation.
  • To take lead on pursuing our organized work environment activity.

  • College level education; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Proven work experience where your superb administrative skills are demonstrated.
  • As this position is based in Stockholm, the successful candidate will be fluent in Swedish and have a high level of English.


The position is a permanent role. Our office is located in the center of Stockholm at Vasagatan 16, opposite the Central Railway Station.
