Head of Marketing Nordics - temporary position, minimum 12 months 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Are you a driven marketer with a passion for leads generation, an eye for conversion optimization and analytics, and have experience of leading a team? Bambora is looking for a curious, energetic and motivated temp taking on the role as Head of Marketing for a year.

In the role as the Head of Marketing Nordics, you will have the main responsibility for the four markets in terms of strategy, budget, tactics and execution for our traffic generating channels. You will also be responsible for the Nordic marketing team and inhouse production containing 8 resources such as Marketing Coordinators, Web Master, Designers, Content Manager and Developers. Together you will make sure that Bambora reaches its goals in Nordics with a “can do” attitude, a creative thinking and a result-oriented mind. As a leader you will be supporting the team in their daily tasks and struggles and setting the path forward. You will be the main person for contact for internal stakeholders such as Head of Sales, Product Managers, Partner Managers etc in order to carter their needs by plan and executing their activities. When not working remote, you will be based at our head office in central Stockholm, in the Marketing team, working close with our offices in other regions.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be required to educate, present and motivate your peers and other important stakeholders, internal as well as external. An ability to connect with all your team members and give them support in their individual roles is crucial to succeed in this position.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing  
  • Experience of leading a Marketing team
  • Analytical skills  
  • High capability for KPI driven Marketing Communication implementations
  • Proven skills and affinity for all marketing channels, online and offline
  • Distinct network-thinking and strong conceptual skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel and Power Point   
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Experience of working in a fast pace environment, especially payments or other financial services is an advantage
  • Other Nordic languages

 

STARTING: June 2021. 12 months minimum
