Do you want to be part of our industry-leading payment company during an exciting time of rapid growth? We are strengthening our Key Account team and looking for exceptional Key Account Manager(s) to join our team primarily at the Stockholm office.

 

In your role as Key Account Manager, your overarching responsibility is to successfully take ownership of some of our most valuable customers as well as bringing in new top tier customers to the company. You will get a central position within our well-established Key Account team, and with our acquiring, PSP and value adding services achieve sales and customer growth targets. As Bambora is part of Europe’s leading payment company Worldline, you will also be part of business development activities widening the product and service offer to our Nordic customers with the Worldline capabilities. You will work actively together with some of Bambora’s most important customers, partners and prospects. You will have a key role in ensuring that Bambora is delivering the most customer focused payment experience in the industry, so that we continue to be recognized as the leading payment provider in the market. In this role you will be reporting to Head of Key Accounts. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure growth through cross selling activities to an existing customer portfolio
  • Actively prospect and engage towards the top tier Nordic customers
  • Together with our portfolio customers develop a better payment experience in-store and online
  • If not already, become an expert in payments and actively drive leadership in payments
  • Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies

 

CHARACTERISTICS

  • You should have shown & proven engagement with Executive & Board Level partners
  • Skilled negotiator and strong communicator
  • Disciplined and able to deliver work in a structured and organized way
  • Able to manage time-sensitive projects with little supervision
  • Passionate about the payment/fintech industry and eager to deepen your knowledge 
  • Willingness to travel
  • Comfortable in a fast pace environment - handling multiple stakeholders, priorities and fast decision making

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of previous experience within sales, negotiated contracts, guided implementation and/or managed existing accounts, preferably of a technical or financial product
  • An excellent communicator in Swedish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Meriting

  • Previous experience from the payment industry is an advantage
  • Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc in a technical or commercial field)
