Join our Nordic Sales team as we seek a Partner Account Manager!

Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of Partner Sales, you will drive sales within our Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment to achieve sales and customer growth targets. You will play a significant role with key contacts as partners and other business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address, investigate, resolve, respond and follow-up on Partner enquiries
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners´ overall satisfaction with Bambora
  • Refine and develop existing processes, build a knowledge base and drive continuous process improvements (both within the team and with other teams) to enable the delivery of a high standard of support to our Partners
  • Maintain a work plan identifying responsibilities, deliverables and processes that must be executed to achieve results. Document and steer specific milestones

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer care or similar
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and have a hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, and specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with CRM and statistical methods and tools



  • Experience with Salesforce

About the position

This is a temporary position, a fixed term contract, during the time period 25th Oct 2020 – 7th May 2021 during a parental leave. However there are good chances of a continuation at the company after this period.
