Gain valuable experience working in our North American People & Culture team as a hands-on HR Intern. We will work together to provide exposure to all facets of a strategic business partner role. You will work in an international, team-oriented environment alongside highly skilled HR professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare new hire documentation and help coordinate onboarding.
- Support talent management initiatives.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Support employee inquiries and assist with organizing company events and recognition programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
HR Operations
- Provide administrative support such as maintaining data in HRIS & payroll systems, document preparation, project tracking, and internal communications.
- Maintain and communicate key HR metrics and analytics.
- Proactively make recommendations to improve HR operations and add value to the business.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Learning and Compliance
- Assist in organizing training sessions, track employee participation, and support HR compliance initiatives.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales.
- Acts with integrity and instills trust.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple assignments at once
