Job Summary

 

The Commercial Transformation Manager will be responsible for identifying and leading commercial transformation initiatives across the company’s global commercial operations in collaboration global commercial team. The objective is to create more value for our customers and drive revenue growth through improving our global commercial operations. The role will help solidify Ingenico’s leading position in the global payment acceptance market and accelerating the transition toward software and cloud-based services. The ideal candidate will have a solid consulting toolbox, industry experience with successful transformation track-record and strong change-management and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

    • Identify and lead execution of commercial transformation initiatives either independently or jointly with global commercial transformation lead (e.g. Commercial target operating model (TOM), GTM optimization, Sales effectiveness optimization, global sales campaigns, Sales incentive design, Account managers assessment and development,…)
    • Leverage data analytics and key insights to make informed recommendations and measure the impact of transformation initiatives
    • Lead cross-functional teams aligning with key stakeholders and gaining buy-in at all levels of the organization to create change and embed initiatives in the global organization
    • Implement best-in-class practices to increase operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate closely with global commercial organization and leadership team to communicate goals, progress, and results.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience
    • Background in management consulting or similar industry roles focused on transformation
    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial transformation projects in technology, payments, or software sectors
    • Experience in working in international matrix organizations
    • Experience in commercial roles / sales is highly desirable
