Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Manager of Group Controlling and responsible for the financial monitoring of the Ingenico Transformation Program Execution, you play a critical part in analyzing, challenging, and reporting the achievement of the Ingenico transformation program. You also support Ingenico in any adhoc corporate finance and modeling topics. In this role, you have multiple worldwide interaction at management level.
Responsibilities
- Challenge all workstreams in their monthly achievement, produce qualitative explanation for top management
- Be the financial referent for all transformation program related subjects and provide support to the workstream financial support when needed
- Produce monthly financial reporting to Ingenico management
- Implement a robust reporting from a process and tool perspective
- Work on any adhoc corporate finance topics and financial modelling (strategic planning, fund-raising, support to M&A process, …)
- Constantly improve our processes to steer our analysis towards impact and action
- Turn existing time-consuming processes into sustainable and scalable, automated tasks when possible
- Provide information for key decision making, formulating business strategies and modelling of financial implications
- Support group controlling and Ingenico financial management on ad hoc tasks
Experience
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent with a specialisation in Finance and 3 to 5 years of experience maximum in a financial department or consulting, most preferably in an international environment. Some experience in Transaction Services would be appreciated but is not mandatory.
Technical skills :
- Good knowledge of financial statement (P&L, BS, FCF)
- Experience of financial reporting systems and procedures
- Experience in complex project or complex transformation program
- Accounting & Finance reporting
- Extended knowledge of Excel
