Scope

Reporting to the Head of Indirect procurement and in collaboration with the regional buyers you will lead the IT procurement for the group. The main categories are the Software, Hardware and Telecom. 

Main responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for the IT stakeholders

• Perform detailed analyses of the spend and the market to create the sourcing strategy of your category.

• Identify cost reduction and optimization and build budget

• Manage sourcing of suppliers, RFPs and negotiation.

• Set up master contracts and manage their execution

• Promote the procurement process and tools

Profile

You have a master’s degree (from University or Business School) and at least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement focused on IT sourcing. You speak both French and English at a very good level.

Important skills :

• Expertise in Contract management
• High level of proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills (internally and with external companies of big size)
• Very good ability to work within a team
• Proactive and result-oriented
