Scope
Reporting to the Group Supply Chain and Purchasing Director, you will be leading a team of 6 people and you will play a Key role in anticipating and resolving production activity with limited costs expenses. High supply risks need to be escalated at supplier side at the right level as well as internally to the COO. You also support to keep the right level of stock in the group. In this role, you have multiple interactions with our EMS, Supplier and Internal Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities
-Monitor the production monthly commitment execution with our EMS (Electronical Manufacturing Services) from production to delivery to our worldwide subsidiaries:
- Coordinate with EMS commitment plan definition & validation
- Monitor & arbitrate priorities & escalations
- Ensure One time manufacturing as per commit plan
- Optimized & control supply cost & stock exposure
-Manage & challenge supply chain in collaboration with EMS & rank 2 suppliers to ensure commitment execution: consolidate & ensure major shortage risk resolution.
-Anticipate all long-term materials supply (capacity & market component trend evolution)
-Monitor & optimize component policy to secure production continuity & increase flexibility (capacity review, security stock, supplier localization).
-Challenge the EMS Excess & Obsolete analysis & exposure and monitor continual reduction planIn coordination with Purchasing team, build & execute strategic yearly procurement & saving plan
-In coordination with Marketing & Industrialization, plan and managed product introduction & end of life.
-Produce the weekly/monthly management reports/dashboards related to production, supply risk and E&O exposure
-Develop team management skills, ensure operational excellence
Experience
You have a Master’s degree from an engineering/ Business School, or from University and at least 10/15 years of experience in Supply Chain including 5 years minimum as a Manager. You have worked in an international environment and most preferably in high tech industrial context. You are completely fluent in both French and English.
Technical skills :
- Proficient on excel
- Good knowledge of Power BI would be a plus
- Ideally good knowledge of SAP
