Scope

In PPaaS we are agile at Scale and we have successfully implemented the SAFe framework. We are organized by feature teams, each fully taking care of the delivery of a key scope of the Cloud Payment Platform from E2E perspective.

You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring the feature teams you are responsible (up to 4) deliver on time within their scope.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects from Product requirement understating to delivery in production
• Track the progress, taking into account dependencies with the other program stakeholders (Product Manager, Product Owner, Quality, etc …)
• Manage project risk (planning, resources, etc) and facilitate return to path to green
• Understand and collect the needs of your feature teams and facilitates for their fulfillment
• Provide transparency and communication to the management on your teams delivery progress and risks
• Ensure program standards are fully implemented and followed within your teams

Experience / Skills

• Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields computer science or engineering
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Program Manager, project manager in the information technology sector
• Proven experience in working on complex and interconnect projects
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-project activities
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Experience in driving cross-functional projects
• Pragmatic, highly organized and structured
• Result oriented with a proactive mentality
• Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)

• Experience in Financial and/or Payment Industry is a strong asset
• At ease working in an international environment.

Technical skills:

• Profound technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, cloud services, complex projects
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Experience in driving cross-functional and complex projects
• Pragmatic, highly organized and structured
• Result oriented with a proactive mentality
• Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)

Additional important skills

• Experience in Agile Scaled Framework(s) or in Safe is a plus
• Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM) is a plus
