Here’s where you come in! We’re looking for a customer obsessed Service Delivery Manager to manage our service support for our directly managed customers and to support the Account Managers in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Key to your role will be managing customer service related issues and leading customer engagements relating to service and support. You’ll work with the Account Manager to ensure continuous improvements within allocated accounts to ensure business changes are made where necessary to support an optimal customer outcome.


This role will also involve tracking and reporting on customer SLA’s and providing business reporting to customers, as well as monitoring sales orders and campaigns through to implementation.  


We’re after someone who is customer obsessed – who gives a damn, then keeps giving.


Up for the challenge? If so here’s what we need from you in return:


  • Two to three years’ experience in a Customer Support Management /Service Delivery function.
  • Experience in managing sales campaigns.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, as well as strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in providing research outputs and recommendations.
  • Banking/Payments Industry experience is desirable.


This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll be someone who has exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, with an ability to formulate strategies to meet our current and future business needs. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to facilitate resolution of conflicting stakeholder requirements.
