Bambora is a rapidly expanding organization and leader in the Payments Industry. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Support team in Halmstad, consisting of twenty-four support agents. We are centrally located in Halmstad in a new fresh office. Our Customer Support function consists of four teams based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland

The Customer Support team is one of the main contacts for our customers, so we are looking for you who have superior communication skills and a burning desire to help customers as well as coworkers. Of course, delivering excellent Customer Service is your passion!
With your excellent communication skills, you are able to combine friendliness and professionalism. On the phone you are smiling and helpful no matter the question. When you are replying to an email you are making the customer feel welcome and you are thinking one step ahead - providing the customer with detailed information.
You will provide our customers with top class support, helping them with technical challenges and guide them in financial solutions. At Bambora you must be flexible and open-minded, since you will face a large variety of questions from our customers every day.
As a Customer Service Agent it's important that you have superior listening skills to ensure you're able to identify the customer’s needs and don't miss important details.
It's essential that you have a solution-oriented mind-set and can see the bigger picture in the customer’s needs.


Your main tasks will be:

  • Find solutions on technical issues
  • Assist with new settings for the terminals
  • Guide customers through installations and functions
  • Help out with invoice questions and acquiring reports
  • Troubleshooting

We are looking for a self-starter whose key capabilities include:

  • On the phone your communication skills are outstanding

  • Great interest and understanding in technology
  • A natural team player; you enjoy working with different types of personalities

Qualifications required

  • Proven work experience where your superb service skills are demonstrated
  • Fluent speaker in Swedish with great understanding in English


  • Knowledge in Norwegian, Danish and/or other languages
  • Technical oriented studies
  • University studies in Communications
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
