Are you looking for new challenges within Customer Service? Right now we are looking for a Dispute Manager to join our team in Stockholm!
 

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Dispute manager you are responsible for making sure that we protect our merchants and their customers in the best possible way by investigating and resolving all types of disputed accounts.

In this role you will be managing our Dispute team, who administrate all Bambora chargebacks (retrieval requests/process with schemes, process with merchants, etc). In addition to managing the team on a day to day basis, you are also responsible for driving initiatives to increase our performance, compliance and merchant experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES     

  • Make sure the daily operations run smoothly
  • Staying up to date with the card schemes by reading card scheme bulletins and information send outs
  • Drive initiatives and improvements to make sure that our Dispute operations is industry leading and always compliant with the networks/regulators

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have more than 5 years of previous experience working with disputes or related area in the payment industry.
  • Previous experience of leading a team
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English
