We are a data driven growth-oriented business looking for a Growth Analyst to further strengthen our Nordic Analytics team focusing on small and medium sized businesses. The Nordic Growth analytics team is a central team based in Stockholm working with the Nordic Sales and Marketing teams to deliver on high set growth ambitions.

 

The mission for this role is to support decision making and fuel further profitable growth. To achieve this, you will be responsible for driving and conducting analysis and reporting to drive insights for our growth leaders. This includes developing our growth related KPIs, set and implement standards for way of working and share data driven insights to improve sales performance.

 

Since November 2020, Bambora is a part of Wordline’s Merchant Services Business Line, representing over 750 m € in annual revenue in 2019, the SMB Division aims to exceed 1bn € of revenue within 4 years. The Nordic Growth Analytics team is in turn part of SMB Go To Market Division, targeting Mass and Mid market merchants across key European markets. Within this setup you will work with talented colleagues and over time there are attractive career paths in an international context.

 

A day in the life

You’ll be expected to initiate and run with activities and projects like:

  • Conduct analysis and drive recommendations supporting our sales and growth efforts building further knowledge around our business, customers and growth initiatives
  • Drive and execute on marketing and sales activities and campaigns together with Sales & Marketing.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights from e.g. lead generation, marketing campaign activities, and sales performance using tools such as Excel, Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Support Nordic business leaders with data driven insights on sales and business performance to enable for data driven decision making.

Skills and experience:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • 0-4 years of experience from consulting, marketing or/and financial reporting, modeling and analytics
  • Strong skills of working in the Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience working with large sets of data from different sources combined.
  • Experience from working with CRM tools and specially Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
