Within Wordline’s Merchant Services Business Line, the Regional Businesses (RB) Division targets Mass and Mid market merchants across key European markets. Representing over 750 m € in annual revenue in 2019, the Regional Businesses Division aims to exceed 1bn € of revenue within 4 years.  

 

The Mass Market Growth Engine team is a central team based in Stockholm, working with the RB sales regions to deliver on this growth ambition in the mass market segment. The team builds on the unique expertise and data driven processes initially developed within Bambora now a part of Worldline, to deliver double digit growth in this segment. We are looking for a Growth Analytics Lead to drive this team.

 

In this role, your first priority will be to oversee the operation and development of our Mass Market Growth strategies for the Nordics markets. In a second phase you will also work to package the key Growth Engine methodologies, tools and processes with a view to deploying them across the wider RB business footprint.

 

A day in the life:

As a Growth Analytics Lead, your key responsiblites will be:

- to take action to improve business performance and follow up performance in relation to set targets

- to manage and drive your team of dedicated business analysts

- to plan, drive and implement initiatives related to improving the Massmarket sales engine in the Nordics

- to be the key interface towards region and country heads and sales managers to identify growth opportunities within the mass market segment

- to support the initiatives to expand the mass market growth engine across the broader RB footprint

Skills and experience:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • 3-4 years of experience from consulting, project management or/and financial reporting, modeling and analytics
  • Strong skills of working in the Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and working with large sets of data from different sources combined.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to be based in Stockholm for at least the first 4-6 months of employment
  • Available as soon as possible, March to be preferred
