At Ingenico, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting business prioritization, and enabling collaboration between global and local stakeholders. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will contribute to the efficient execution of strategic opportunities while driving operational excellence across the organization.
The Impact You'll Make
- Drive the Product Assessment Board (PAB) process to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between Product, Technology, Services, Operations, and Sales teams to accelerate execution.
- Act as a trusted partner for local teams by facilitating access to expertise and resolving critical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Product Assessment Board (PAB) process for assigned business opportunities and requests.
- Assess business opportunities, validate required investments, and support prioritization decisions.
- Ensure high-quality inputs from Sales teams and coordinate evaluations with Technology and Professional Services stakeholders.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local teams regarding product and sales enablement activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Technology, Hardware Operations & Quality, Services & Support, Marketing, and Sales.
- Manage business-critical escalations and ensure effective communication between global and local teams.
- Ensure product catalog management and reference creation comply with established governance processes.
- Identify risks, track mitigation plans, and drive actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Support operational activities across the APAC region while providing backup and support to other Ingenico regions when needed.
What Helps You Succeed
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Product Delivery, Product Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and matrix environment.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and drive execution across different functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
