ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Account Specialist provides internal and external sales team support to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide sales support for Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, and Project Manager.
- Assist sales with preparation, shipment, and tracking of demo materials.
- Create and track formal change requests for application updates or customer hardware orders.
- Manage initial and ongoing secure key change requests for customers.
- Interface with resellers, POS Integrators, and end users to ensure solutions function efficiently and educate customers on the key creation process.
- Collaborate with the sales team on account communications and coordination under the direction of the Account Manager.
- Research and respond to product-related inquiries from sales.
- Attend trade shows as necessary.
- Track NDAs and contracts.
- Ensure support for customer issue escalation.
- Create requests for sales orders (RFSOs) and material requisitions.

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple parallel initiatives.
- Customer satisfaction measured by an annual survey.
- Positive peer reviews from Account Manager, Sales Executive, and Sales Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree (new graduates will be considered).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
