This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across leadership and global teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Deliver insightful analysis on performance (actuals vs. plan, trends, and key business drivers)
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to drive revenue planning and strategic decisions
- Own regional reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness
- Build and enhance financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance
- Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
- Oversee month-end close support, including journal review and reporting alignment
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, including capitalized development projects
- Lead P&L forecasting, pricing analysis, and top customer performance insights
- Strengthen internal controls and support risk management initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance finance culture
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance leadership roles
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Advanced analytical skills with a track record of influencing decision-making
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments
- Excellent communication skills—you can confidently engage senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SAP, Power BI, TM1, and Excel
NICE TO HAVE
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA)
- Experience in technology, payments, or SaaS environments
