Summary: Our company is looking to fill the role of Business Analyst IT EUC, Infrastructure and Applications. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Support business as usual integration
  • Reviewing business specifications, develop test plans and user documentation to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT solutions
  • Ensure that user requirements are effectively and accurately communicate while ensuring solutions and systems provided meet business objectives
  • Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis, organize and co-ordinate all implementation activities and user acceptance testing
  • Conduct user training, develop and maintenance of user documentations
  • Analyze data and system requirements
  • Testing and debugging programs supporting the associated functionality
  • Develop requirements documentation, system design documentation, functional testing, and proper change control utilization in conjunction with the business and the Business Process Architect
  • Analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders
  • Analyze, model and document current-state and future-state business processes
  • Defines test plans, test specifications, test cases. Design tools for unit, functional and performance testing and facilitates UAT
  • Develop training materials
  • Partner with Operation teams to identify problems and anticipate needs, define requirements, and draft solutions.
  • Serves as primary business subject matter expert in the configuration space, providing functional requirements, technical requirements, scope, and requirement documents.

 

Competencies / Skills /Education Requirements Required:

  • Possess a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science or Supply Chain Systems, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience delivering high quality Supply Chain projects on time with a high level of customer service
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, Materials Management and Inventory Management is preferred
  • Demonstrated communication and relationship skills, including experience presenting, collaborating, and building trusted relationships with executive management, senior management, and technical peers to influence direction
  • Initiative-taker with sharp decision-making skills, ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Stakeholder management - function as the go to between IT and operations

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout 75% of the day. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. This position requires the constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator; copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with both internal and external clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

 

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment.
