ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Key Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts) must have sales experience and a proven record of closing deals and building relationships with partners and customers year-over-year. The ideal candidate must understand the Retail and ISV industry, have extensive industry contacts, and be willing to travel extensively. This position is responsible for managing large partners and growing sales as part of the US Retail Sales team.
Since building and maintaining positive customer and partner relationships is critical to the position, the ability to work and communicate effectively internally within all levels of Ingenico and customers is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Participate in the overall sales efforts for Ingenico hardware & software payments.
- Develop solutions in a manner that contributes to Ingenico meeting its global and regional sales revenue goals.
- Represent Ingenico to develop new relationships with retail partners and assigned strategic accounts.
- Manage customer and partner relationships, present Ingenico solutions to the customer, close the sale and ensure the solutions are delivered and supported in a manner satisfactory to the customer’s expectations.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports.
- Provide necessary training to staff, customers, and partners as appropriate.
- Analyze partner requirements and recommend best practices & solutions.
- Participate in sales meetings and industry related events.
- Work with stakeholders to develop sales training and any materials and information necessary to effectively sell new products to prospective and existing customers
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and understanding diverse perspectives to deliver optimized solutions, specifically Marketing, Professional Services and Pre-sales.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding Ingenico’s presence within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with Ingenico’s commercial objectives, identifying key market opportunities and prioritizing high-value prospects and clients.
- Evaluate and develop Enterprise partner relationships, building tailored engagement plans to strengthen collaboration and maximize revenue growth through the Ingenico ecosystem.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain strong pipeline visibility for the region, ensuring alignment with leadership and overall business objectives.
- Leverage strong analytical and consultative selling skills to understand customer needs, identify payment and commerce challenges, and translate them into compelling business cases for Ingenico solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and effective presenter, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clients to drive successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of outside sales experience, preferably within enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Proven success selling technology, services, or payment solutions, ideally within the payments, fintech, or commerce ecosystem.
