JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:

This role is responsible for building up and leading all strategic and operational aspects of a new initiative, Terminal as a Service subscription model (TaaS). The responsibilities include but are not limited to managing internal and outsourced technical teams, designing and executing on a delivery and asset management process that will ensure excellent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Creating new processes to ensure the proper flow of TaaS Operations with all areas involved in Warehouse (customization, repair, logistics, warehouse, call center)
  • Strategic and operational management of Operations of Services (own and outsourced)
  • Coordinate the implementation of operational processes and procedures
  • Advanced stock planning and control
  • Plan and scale the structure of advanced replacement and deployment
  • Coordinate the performance of operational indicators (KPI’s) of TaaS operation
  • Monitoring the performance and services quality of all the internal and outsourced teams
  • Coordinate and ensure delivery of the contracted activities by Ingenico
  • Validate customers and suppliers billing, based on services performe.
  • Negotiation and contact suppliers, in order to explain / understand their demands, needs and abilities.
  • Management and interface with internal suppliers (Logistics, Laboratory, Audit, IT, Infrastructure, HR, Legal, Finances, etc.) seeking ways to optimize processes by increasing the quality of service and cost reduction
  • Provide cost information and deadlines for assembling commercial proposals and contracts construction

Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

  • Graduated in Technology area (Engineering, Telecommunications, etc.)
  • Experience in managing warehouse operations
  • Experience in the creation and management of processes and KPI’s for operations activities in warehouse
  • Experience in managing teams with focus on results and client
  • Experience in managing processes ensuring the final quality of the product / service delivered
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers / customers
  • Experience in the application of new demands and technological / cultural changes

 

Computer/IT Skills:

  • Advanced Office
  • General knowledge on IT and its interfaces
  • SAP supply / logistics
  • Sales Force
  • Field Services Management System would be a differential

 

Management Ability:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects in parallel
  • Coordinate the disclosure of information and training to all teams of his responsibility
  • Identify training needs of staff, in accordance with the needs of the area
  • Structuring and distribution of tasks between team members
  • Selection of employees reporting directly and active support in the selection of all leadership into the area
  • Capacity development of cross-functional teams
  • Team production tracking and evaluation
