JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:

Within Operations Quality department and supporting Manufacturing Quality Manager, to ensure the manufacturing processes and products produced meet the established quality standards and customer requirements. This includes identifying and analyzing quality problems, developing and implementing solutions, and continuously improving processes and products to meet or exceed customer expectations.

 

Role & Objectives :

  • Monitoring and sustain the EMS manufacturing performance standards thought regular manufacturing KPIs management as FPY, OBA, PSA and WIP Bone Pile.
  • Execute anuual process audit to ensure EMS manufacturing procedures such as FMEA/PCP , work instruction, visual aids…etc…) are complied with Ingenico product requirements, product certifications, safety and local regulations.
  • In cooperation with project Team in France to manage concession with EMS to ensure smooth production without downline situation or shipment delay.
  • Involvement of daily manufacturing line quality problem solving to ensure smooth production & acheive productivity.
  • Responsibility on customer complaints (INGENICO regions or end customers) by participating with EMS to perform non-conformance investigations and provide 8D reports.
  • Involvement of new product introduction (NPI) following IQP phase requirement.
  • Execute cross site quality alert and best practice sharing by other EMS to EMS.
  • In cooperation with SQE & Supply Chain Team to manage RMA & RUM (Ramp Up Monitoring) process at EMS.
  • Supporting tand maintaining quality certifications and accreditations, such as CSA, TQM and etc.
  • Continual Improvement: Developing and implementing continual improvement processes to maintain and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Such as design, production, and quality assurance to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing production data and trends : To identify opportunities for process improvements, and make recommendations to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management/ Manufacturing processes/ Project Management.
  • Basic Lean principle and methodologies as PDCA, 8D Problem Solving, Kaizen, Mistake proofing, DMAIC ...etc…
  • Knowledge of quality tools as FMEA/PCP (Process Control Plan), SPC, Work Instruction, 8D, 5 Why …etc…
  • Root cause analysis skills and with robust corrective action understanding for problem solving.
  • Basic SMT background (Surface Mount Technology).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide quailty work
