The impact you'll have
The Production Planning Manager is the link between our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partner in Thailand, and Ingenico global central supply chain head office in Paris. 80 % of this role is production planning and 20% of the role is inventory, logistics control and materials chasing with suppliers.
The work you'll do

Manage day-to-day coordination with EMS partners on production planning, capacity constraints, and delivery schedules.

Build strong relationships with EMS and cross functional stakeholders, including Quality, Sales, NPI, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain teams, to resolve operational issues and drive performance.

Monitor and resolve material shortages, excess stock, production constraints, and order prioritisation issues.

Control additional transportation and material costs caused by supply shortages or changes in demand.

Develop, maintain and communicate delivery plans that balance customer demand with production capacity and scheduling constraints.

Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and EMS partners to ensure timely order processing, stock transfers, and delivery performance against revenue and KPI targets.

What you'll bring

At least 5 years of experience in production planning or similar within an electronics manufacturing, or component driven (such as automotive) environment.

Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related discipline.

Experience using ERP systems, SAP (MM/SD).

Advanced excel, for reporting

Team leader experience, to support a small team.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions based on multiple sources of information.

Native level Thai and fluent English communication skills.

This role works extensively with Thailand based manufacturing partners and requires a strong understanding of local business culture and practices.
