Job Purpose/Mission:  

 

Provide development and support on products and services. Maintain internal development & support servers.

 

Principal Responsibilities of the Position:

  •     Respond quickly to reported issues;
  •     Develop and Maintain Estate Manager, Corcovado and other JAVA based solutions in the region 
  •     Interact with CUSTOMERS and PROVIDERS when needed to help solving issues and/or implement new features;
  •     Keep organization and documentation on all services Infra Environments & Development Support;
  •     Stay up to date with products/services being deployed in the Region;
  •     Maintain internal/external solutions servers/services;
  •     Maintain internal Development Support servers/services (wiki, version control, ticket system, etc);
  •     Provide operation/support reports;
  •     Interact and lead Level 1 support when needed;

Key Performance Indicators :

 

  • Customer satisfaction – internal & external;
  • Smoothness on Development Support servers operations;
  • Level of Organization & Documentation of Development Support environments;

    Quality of provided reports

 

 

Behaviour skills:

  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative requiring minimal management direction
  • High levels of professionalism & business ethics

 

Languages :

  • English Advanced/Fluent;
  • Portuguese – Desirable, not a blocking point.

 

Computer/IT Skills:   

 

  • Data base (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, ODBC);
  • WEB (JAVA, Apache, Tomcat, PHP);
  • Operational Systems (Linux Based, Microsoft);
  • Basic Networking;
  • Basic telephony awareness

Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience with software development and customer support;
  • Technical / Bachelor degree (Bachelor Of Science).
