Job summary

 

As the Sales Director, you will drive the company’s success by maximizing profitable revenue within the Hungarian and Romanian Bank & Acquirers market. They will lead business growth and customer satisfaction.

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Manage Sales for Ingenico’s most relevant accounts
  • Reach/exceed all financial objectives
  • Grow Ingenico’s share of the market
  • Develop, maintain, manage and grow the established client base to drive sales and profitable growth
  • Implement and lead an effective use of a strategic sales methodology
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that maximize sales opportunities
  • Deliver effective presentations including proposals to customers and business reviews to management
  • Close sales and effectively communicate the value of Ingenico solutions and how they will meet the customers’ needs and business objectives
  • Forecast accurately and work closely with the rest of the leadership team to effectively plan demand
  • Regional cross border projects
  • Representation of the brand in professional fairs and conferences
  • Meet anticipated financial targets both in Hardware, and Software areas
  • Act as a matrix leader for team in Hungary, coordinate local activities and representation as needed
  • Keeping track record on the process correctness in Hungary, and positive team behaviour

 

Profile 

 

You have at least 3 years of Sales Manager experience (minimum 5 years in Sales)

 

Important skills/experience

  • Ability to build and develop long lasting efficient relationship with clients (C-level)
  • Ability to effectively operate and work in a matrix corporate environment
  • The successful candidate will be smart, curious, persuasive and with a strong focus on business performance and empowerment
