About the Role

As part of the Corporate FP&A team, you will act as the Finance Business Partner for the Hardware Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain organizations. In this highly visible role, you will support senior leadership in driving financial performance, improving operational efficiency and enabling strategic decision-making across Ingenico's global industrial activities.

This position is critical to ensuring robust financial planning, insightful business analysis and effective cost management throughout the manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem. As Ricardo's replacement, the successful candidate will be expected to ensure a smooth transition and rapidly take ownership of key financial processes and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Act as the trusted Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Hardware Operations leadership teams.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Executive leadership.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the annual Budget, quarterly Forecast and Long-Term Planning processes for Hardware Operations.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Forecast and Prior Year) and communicate key business drivers.
  • Deliver financial modeling, scenario analysis and business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Manufacturing & Cost Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze procurement performance, supplier costs and outsourced manufacturing expenses.
  • Analyze product costs (COGS), manufacturing variances and operational performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement across product lines.
  • Track cost evolution throughout the product lifecycle and challenge operational assumptions when necessary.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Develop and enhance financial dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
  • Produce high-quality reporting packages and executive presentations.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and planning tools.

CAPEX, OPEX & Risk Management

  • Monitor industrial CAPEX projects and track performance against Budget, Forecast, Prior Year and Long-Term Plan.
  • Control and optimize OPEX across Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.
  • Assess financial risks related to supplier performance, component availability, manufacturing activities and supply chain disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, internal controls and accounting standards.

Profile

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong background in an industrial environment.
  • Experience within manufacturing, electronics, automotive or supply chain-driven organizations is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting operational and executive stakeholders in an international company.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
  • Experience with reporting and planning tools such as TM1, Cognos or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including variance analysis, financial modeling and performance reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to challenge, influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Languages

  • Fluent English is mandatory
