Scope
At Ingenico, we are entering a decisive phase of our global Finance transformation. To ensure we keep full ownership of our end-to-end processes while partnering with Genpact on operations, we are appointing Global Process Owners (GPOs) for AP and AR.
This is a unique opportunity for Finance professionals who want to influence how a global organization operates — and to play a central role in standardization, simplification, digitalization, and performance.
GPOs don’t run the process — they design how it should run.
They are process leaders, change enablers and strategic business partners. If you want to have a concrete impact, drive transformation across continents, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
As a Global Process Owner, you will own the end-to-end process design and governance for your stream (AP / AR) working closely with Genpact GPOs and transformation teams, Ingenico FinanceOps teams, cross-function stakeholders (Sales Admin, Procurement, Ops, Int Control, IT…), Group Finance leadership. You will take care of :
- Process Ownership & Governance - Define global standards, policies, and procedures, and ensure consistent execution across all regions while providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement - Monitor performance through KPIs and drive efficiency improvements in collaboration with internal teams and external operations partners.
- End-to-End Process Design & Standardization - Design harmonized end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working, and embed best practices and industry standards.
- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and proactively identify and mitigate process risks.
- Technology, Automation & Data Enablement - Identify automation opportunities, deploy digital solutions with IT and partners, and leverage data and analytics for better decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership - Act as a key interface between operations, transformation teams, and leadership to drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Capability Building & Team Empowerment - Develop process knowledge and discipline through training, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
- Promote continuous learning and process discipline.
Your profile
Technical skills :
• Strong expertise in AP, AR processes (or strong Finance transformation exposure).
• Experience in process design, standardization, or continuous improvement.
• Understanding of automation, digital tools, workflow systems, and data.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience working within an organization partnered with an outsourcing or shared services provider (BPO) is a plus.
• Fluency in English (TOEIC > 900).
