We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and process-driven professional to join our team. You’ll work alongside a collaborative group focused on continuous improvement, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, managing requests and escalations across internal teams
  • Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Attend regular customer meetings and conference calls, independently or with the Account Manager
  • Communicate proactively with customers, managing expectations and ensuring follow-through
  • Lead the setup of new hardware, data updates, and system changes (Gems/TMS)
  • Process customer purchase orders and ensure deadlines and expectations are met
  • Collaborate with Procurement to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Prepare monthly billing and management information (MI) reports
  • Document and maintain internal processes
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved
  • Support the Account Manager in delivering against revenue targets
  • Take on additional tasks as reasonably required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • High levels of motivation, initiative, and attention to details
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
