Sales Support Admin & Office Manager

Ingenico is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to support our operations in our Granges-Paccot office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive and an expert communicator.

Responsibilities include:

• Sales administration tasks to support local sales team
• Customer invoicing
• Redaction of offers
• Reception of orders/forecast
• Delivery follow-up and notifications to customers
• Office management
• Office keeping
• Reception (Telephone, e-mail, mail)
• Office supplies
• Local accounting
• Assist in basic accounting tasks
• Supplier invoices processing

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, Swiss German, and English
• Good knowledge of MS office tools, especially MS Excel (Pivot table; V-Look Up; formulas etc)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Experience supporting sales teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
