KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee accounting operations managed by outsourced service providers across OTC, PTP, and RTR processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and company policies.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory submissions.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, e-invoice issuance, and revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
• Review and monitor intercompany reconciliations, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT, WHT, CIT, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax audits, and maintain robust documentation to support compliance and governance standards.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure data integrity through SAP governance, transaction validation, and process compliance.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, including business performance analysis and financial insights.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to support decision-making through profitability analysis, pricing evaluations, and scenario planning.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and audit management.
• Strong experience with SAP FI/CO/MM within a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Vietnamese statutory accounting requirements.
• Proven experience managing financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced accounting operations or shared service providers.
• Exposure revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and intercompany transactions.
• Experience supporting business decision-making through financial analysis and business partnering.
