Job Summary: The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales processes and supporting our sales team. This position requires an analytical mindset, proficiency in sales tools and reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence Initiatives: Support, implement and oversee initiatives and processes to improve sales performance including the Account Planning, Deal Desks.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. Be the champion for the sales tools, eg Salesforce, and support the sales team in the use of the tools
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI and Excel including macros to create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new tools, processes, and best practices. Develop training materials and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
