The Opportunity:

We have an opportunity for a Sales Director to join the team on a permanent basis in the Jakarta office.

 

The role is responsible for leading the Sales team, developing Sales Strategy to grow the Sales revenue, improve the margin and profit. Develop new accounts and explore new business opportunities. Achieve the sales revenue target, and margin and profit target quarterly and annually. Manage effective sales cost management and efficient in spending the sales expense. It Is instrumental in coaching Account Managers to maintain and develop existing and new customers, while optimizing quality of service. Focus on business growth and customer satisfaction while effectively promoting Ingenico products and services to achieve segment growth and market growth.

 

Areas of Responsibility:        

  • Leading, developing, coaching the Account Managers and other sales team member
  • Develop Sales Strategy both short term and long term.
  • Develop, maintain, manage and grow the established client base that stimulate sales and profit growth.
  • Develop new business, new accounts, new channels.
  • Achieve sales revenue target, and also margin and profit target quarterly and annually.
  • Monitor market changes.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of Ingenico’s products and services.
  • Qualify and secure new local business opportunities and strengthen existing local accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective local market sales and marketing strategies that maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships to maximize local opportunities.
  • Deliver effective presentations including proposals to customers and business reviews to management.
  • Identify, respond and solve business issues for clients and provide win-win solutions that add value.
  • Close sales and effectively communicate the value of the station’s solutions and how they will meet the customers’ needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals.

Education Qualifications:

  • Diploma/University: MBA degree from International Business, Management, Marketing or other discipline

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 11 – 15 years of experiences in Sales
  • 10 years of experiences in Banking / Fintech / Payment industry
  • 5 years of experiences as Sales Director
