JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:

  • Responsible for Repair Operation
  • Technical documentation
  • Field issue Analysis and resolution
  • Working with closely with repair customer and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Spare parts forecasting
  • Process improvement

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Indonesia repair team to achieve company target and guidelines
  • Provide hardware technical information on products, spare parts, repair and security tools setup, installation, and maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve hardware related issues in the field reported by Customer, Vendor, clients,and partners
  • Implement maintenance and repair training programmes to Customer, clients, and partners.
  • Provide guidance to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients and partners on product specifications, preventive, corrective maintenance, and best practices for repair.
  • Create clear, precise, and easy to follow technical documentation and repair guides.
  • Assist in the review of new security tools purchase and coordinate security tools hardware failure RMAs.
  • Validate repair system software and diagnostic application changes prior to releasing to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners.
  • Troubleshoot and provide repair guidance to the component level on complex PCBA issue and BGA Soldering rework
  • Review and audit repair processes and introduce fool-proofing solutions to ensure a mistake free workplace
  • Ensure that repair service provided by subsidiaries and partners adhere to strict quality standards, ESD
  • Procedures and security guidelines

 

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Background in Technical, Mechanical or Engineering
  • Experiences in Repair and Customer Care
  • Able to plan daily work based on the jobs given by the Team Leader
  • Meticulous, detailed and quality oriented to perform daily job well

 

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Extensive experience in the repair of electronic boards/devices at the component level and can resolve complex problems with the use of circuit analysis, waveform calculations, fault isolation, and signal flow tracing.
  • Ability to read, understand and troubleshoot electronic circuitry with the use of schematic diagram and electronic test, measurement, and repair tools i.e., multi-meter, oscilloscope, soldering tools, BGA rework
  • machine, power supply, temperature sensors, signal generator, etc.
  • Knowledgeable of the latest technology i.e., Wi-Fi, 4g, 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, Android
  • Exposure to POS terminal or related devices will be an added advantage

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (List minimum qualifications and experience required for the role)

 

  • Diploma/University:
    • Vocational School in Technical, Mechanical or Engineering is Mandatory
    • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a positive

 

  • Years of professional experienced required: >3 years of experience
