As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in shaping Ingenico's technology landscape across applications and infrastructure. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will define architecture strategies, guide transformation initiatives, and ensure technology investments support our long-term business objectives. This is a highly visible role, partnering with business leaders, IT teams, and strategic technology partners to drive innovation, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Shape target-state architectures across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, integration, and security domains.
- Support technology modernization, platform rationalization, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology investments, and enterprise architecture strategy.
Business Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into technology roadmaps and capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on technology strategy, architecture decisions, and transformation opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions to align business and technology stakeholders.
Applications & Infrastructure Architecture
- Provide architectural leadership across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure services, workplace technologies, networks, and security capabilities.
- Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions balancing business value, cost, risk, and operational requirements.
- Support solution architects and delivery teams throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions comply with architecture standards, security requirements, and operational models.
Supplier & Outsourcing Management
- Collaborate with managed service providers, system integrators, software vendors, and strategic technology partners.
- Review supplier proposals, solution designs, and technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drive accountability for architecture compliance, technical quality, and service excellence across third-party providers.
- Contribute to technology governance, vendor reviews, and investment decisions.
Governance & Design Authority
- Lead architecture governance activities, including architecture reviews and design authority forums.
- Establish standards, best practices, and decision-making frameworks.
- Ensure solutions address cybersecurity, resilience, compliance, scalability, and operational support requirements.
- Support investment decisions through architectural assessments of risks, costs, and business value.
Stakeholder Communication
- Present architecture strategies, roadmaps, recommendations, and risks to senior leadership.
- Influence decision-making across business and technology functions.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, internal teams, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Produce executive-level presentations, architecture roadmaps, business cases, and decision papers.
What Helps You Succeed
- Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Strategy, or a related role.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, integration, security, and IT service management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working within complex international organizations and outsourced technology environments.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with technology suppliers, managed service providers, and external partners.
