Work on high-impact, large-scale payment systems used globally, where your engineering directly powers millions of transactions.
The Impact You'll Make
- Lead the delivery of critical security initiatives across IAM, vulnerability management, SOC enhancements, and compliance uplift, directly strengthening Ingenico's global security posture.
- Act as the vital link between the Security Function and the Global PMO, bringing structure, transparency, and consistency to how security projects are governed and reported.
- Translate complex technical security work into clear, business-ready plans that senior stakeholders across regions can trust and act on.
- Help build a more predictable, mature project delivery capability within a Security Function operating at global scale.
What You Will Do
- Lead or oversee multiple concurrent security projects, defining scope, timelines, resource needs, and delivery plans for each.
- Drive execution using the appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) in line with PMO standards and project type.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across the security portfolio.
- Produce standardised reporting for the Global PMO, including status updates, RAID logs, milestones, KPIs, and financial tracking.
- Ensure all security projects adhere to global governance frameworks, templates, and stage-gate requirements.
- Partner with security leaders, architects, engineers, and operational teams to turn technical requirements into deliverable project plans.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders across regions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration across IT, compliance, risk, and business units.
- Contribute to annual planning, prioritisation, and resource forecasting for the security project portfolio, while supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
What Helps You Succeed
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a security or technology environment, ideally alongside a global PMO.
- Strong understanding of security domains such as identity, endpoint security, cloud security, and governance & risk, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CISSP, CISM, or similar, along with familiarity with global security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC2).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the composure to handle escalations and shifting priorities without losing structure or momentum.
