Purpose of the role:

  • Coordinate and oversee field operations ensuring SLA compliance, resource optimization, and service quality delivered by partners.

  • The role combines an operational and analytical mindset, focusing on efficiency, continuous improvement, and early detection of unjustified downtime or performance deviation.


Tasks:

  • Supervise the execution of installations, maintenance, and terminal (POS) withdrawals.

  • Monitor partners’ daily activity to identify incidents, time deviations, or SLA breaches.

  • Analyze operational data using reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).

  • Detect performance trends and propose improvement actions.

  • Coordinate communication between external providers and internal support teams.

  • Ensure traceability and proper documentation of all interventions.

  • Participate in internal and external process audits.

  • Support the definition and review of operational and financial KPIs.

  • Prepare executive reports and performance dashboards (weekly/monthly).


EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field operations or technical service management.

  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel; SQL is a plus).

  • Familiarity with ticketing or work-order management systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

  • Ability to interpret data and draw actionable operational insights.

  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.

  • Collaborative leadership and ability to manage hybrid teams (internal & external).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in fast-moving environments.

  • Curiosity for continuous improvement and innovation in operations.
