Scope

 

This role is a fixed-term contract of 6 months in the finance department.

Your main topic will be the monthly monitoring of NLP to ensure that income and costs are in line with the plan, constantly searching for measures that help improve profitability.

                                         

Main responsibilities    

                                      

  • Support and take an active part on the annual budgeting process management.                                                       
  • Create and report ad hoc financial analysis and regular forecasting to Local Sales and EMEA Region; along with controlling team.                                                   
  • Review and provide department P&L analysis and monthly financial performance applicable managers to ensure that potential variances are analyzed and controlled.                                                 
  • Support on the continuous improvement of management reporting systems, processes, controls and output, to ensure a robust reporting and automated reporting process.                                             
  • Work with the CFO in preparing business case for local business projects.                                                                                                             

*The job will also encompass any other duties and activities required to fulfil the demands of the department.

 

Profile

 

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar and 1-3 years experience in a similar position within an international environment and ideally an experience in audit (but not mandatory). You speak Spanish and English at a good level (written and spoken).  

     

Important skills :

  • Experience on using Excel & financial tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office.          
  • Intermediate level using financial tools (SAP will be highly valued)             
  • Flexible and able to work in dynamic environments. 
  • Used to work under matrix structures.
