JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:
This role will be responsible for developing test plans and test cases and for assisting with resolving important testing-related issues.
Involved in all phases of testing- test planning, execution, troubleshooting, and reporting.
REPORTING TO: Thailand R&D Leader / Quality Analyst Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write test cases and test plans for the project
- Execute test cases
- Investigate potential defects and discuss them with developers
- Log defects during the test execution phase
- Report test results to the project manager
- Participate in business requirements review sessions with peers and business users
- Test the applications in functional and system integration testing
- Write traceability matrix to reflect test coverage
- Prioritize test requirements and organize test cases accordingly
Key Performance Objectives/Indicators:
- Consistently delivering according to commitments
- Workload estimates can be relied on for project planning
- Based on H1/H2 review with R&D Leader

Special Requirements:
- Experience in the payment industry such as understanding payment knowledge on ISO-8583
- Payment via Card Schemes (VISA/MASTER/JCB/etc.) and Payment flows (Sale/Void/Settlement/etc.)
- Payment via Alternative Payments (Alipay/Wechat/Toyota/etc.)
- Experience with Automation testing is a plus
- Experience with Android is a big plus

Languages:
- Fluent English and Thai languages are required
Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years experience
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
