The impact you’ll have
As our Spare Parts & Accessories Planner, you'll help ensure the right parts are available at the right time to support repair and service operations across the APAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career professional who enjoys planning, coordination, data analysis, and working with teams across different countries.
The work you’ll do

Manage the planning and lifecycle of spare parts and accessories across APAC

Monitor demand requirements and ensure parts availability to support service level agreements

Forecast spare parts demand based on repair volumes and historical trends

Coordinate with Supply Chain teams on replenishment planning and minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements

Support inventory planning, stock optimisation, and cost control activities

Contribute to planning data and forecasts within Anaplan and other business systems
What you’ll bring
We're seeking someone who is organised, analytical, and enjoys bringing structure to complex information.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Management Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

Some experience in supply chain, planning, inventory, logistics, operations, or a similar field

Strong Excel skills, including data consolidation and reporting

Exposure to Anaplan, SAP HANA, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems helpful

Experience in electronics, manufacturing, repair operations, or spare parts management preferred

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
