Key Profile:
Supply Chain Specialisy will be handling logistics projects in APAC, optimizing transport and warehouse operations, and managing RFQs with freight forwarders. Experienced in streamlining logistics processes, inventory review, and contract closures for underutilized warehouses. Proficient in SAP data management, pricing automation, and process enhancements using tools like Process Runner. Dedicated to driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in supply chain operations.
Logistics:
- Be part of the logistics project to review the APAC transport flow
- Work on RFQ with several freight forwarders in APAC - compare the quotations received and help for the decision to a new APAC logistics model (transport and warehouse)
- Help to end contracts with warehouses where we do not have any volume anymore
- Review the logistics accruals and invoice process
- Inventory review
Business support:
- Maintain updated data in SAP for materials, customers, forwarders
- Work on the new pricing automatization process
- Get trained on process runner and implement automatization where needed in coordination with SAP IT team
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a logistics role in import/export.
- Understand international trade and sea/air shipments, incl incoterms, loadplanning, freight calculations
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP experience
- Microsoft experience
- Power BI experience would be an advantage
