The impact you'll have
You'll help ensure our customers receive the products and support they need, when they need them. By connecting customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, you'll play a vital role in delivering the reliable experience that keeps commerce moving across APAC.
The work you’ll do

Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery outcomes. (order entry, validation, allocation, shipment follow-up)

Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing proactive communication and issue resolution.

Transport coordination and delivery execution.

Monitor orders, inventory, and transport performance, identifying and resolving risks before they impact customers.

Manage customer claims and escalations, driving effective and timely issues resolution.

Partner closely with Planning, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to maintain operational excellence.

Support supply chain master data accuracy and process governance.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Serve as a key escalation point for complex operational and customer challenges.
What you'll bring

Solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Order Management.

Strong experience in customer facing operational environments.

Sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain and order-to-delivery processes.

Experience working across multiple countries or complex regional operations, ideally within APAC.

Strong problem solving, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using ERP systems (SAP) and managing operational data.

A customer first mindset, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
