Your Next Role 

This is a Permanent, Full Time opportunity based in either in Melbourne (Preston) or Sydney (CBD) with some travel interstate and to New Zealand. 


Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager will lead the end to end client relationship initiatives, overseeing the client strategy and ensuring the operational tasks are achieved. You will also foster strong relationships with various departments of Ingenico (operations/client services), including engaging at C-Suite level with support from your Account Director.  


A typical day might look like:  

  • Account management and strategy of allocated client portfolios to deliver Ingenico’s revenue and profitability, and manage risk and client satisfaction 

  • Lead the end-to-end client relationship initiatives (account planning, opportunity management, proposal development, and resource engagement) 

  • Plan and execute strategies to deepen client engagement and partnerships  

  • Drive new solutions and services to grow Ingenico’s revenue portfolio  

  • Broaden client network and interactions across the client organisations   


What you’ll need to succeed 

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager/Partnerships/Sales role 

  • Payments technology experience  

  • Understanding of logistics and service operations ideal 

  • Salesforce experience ideal
