The impact you'll have
Our legacy CRM and back office CAMS systems are being replaced with a modern, scalable platform built on Salesforce. The program is already well underway, with our first pilot about to launch and larger customer rollouts coming next. We are seeking the expertise of a mid-level Business Analyst who thrives in complex programs, enjoys working across regions, and can turn real business challenges into clear, actionable design
- Based in Preston 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Collaboration with Europe means some later starts and occasional later evenings.

What you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements with key stakeholders
- Map current and future state processes in Confluence
- Translate requirements into clear functional designs and user stories
- Work closely with the France BA team to align on global processes
- Support Salesforce and Genesys rollout through UAT and pilot phases
- Identify gaps and drive improvements across operations and systems
What you bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst in CRM transformation or system rollout programs
- Hands on involvement in Salesforce implementations helpful
- Exposure to Genesys or other integrated telephony systems is a strong advantage
- Experience worling acros complex dependencies and the ability to drive outcomes through.
- Strong BA fundamentals requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Confluence / Jira
- We're expecting ambiguity and complexity so the ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Comfortable working across regions, including Europe
