The role

You'll play a critical role in keeping one of Australia's largest food and fuel retail networks running smoothly. By ensuring data is accurate, up to date and processed on time, you'll help stores, service providers and internal teams and deliver a seamless experience.

Preston Office (onsite parking)
Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home

The work you'll do

  • Process and maintain high volumes of operational, product, purchase order and invoicing data.
  • Review, validate and update information across client systems and excel
  • Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Generate and distribute reports to internal teams, clients and service partners.
  • Support system administration, configuration updates and record maintenance activities.
  • Manage retail store, product, equipment and service information across multiple platforms.
  • Work with internal teams, clients and third party providers to resolve issues and meet service levels.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and customer outcomes.

 

About you

  • Experience in a data entry, data processing or a similar support role.
  • Experience in  business to business customer service or contact centre
  • Advanced attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel to manage, validate and analyse data.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and following structured processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
  • Team oriented, customer focused with an understanding of the importance of service level agreements
