Internal:

  • Service Centre Team

Purpose:

  • To assist in activities within the Service Department of Ingenico

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Keyloading of EFTPOS terminals as per the requirement of each customer
  • Quality check of EFTPOS terminals as per the requirement of each customer
  • Prepare the QC passed terminals to be dispatched  to customer
  • General workshop tasks
  • Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and Ingenico’s WH&S policy
  • Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and Ingenico’s Environmental policy
  • The employee accepts responsibility to follow all procedures and policies of the Quality Management System applicable to their position, the task at hand and as directed by the company
  • Repair Services task such as screening and cleaning
  • Attend and participate in team activities, meetings and day to day work activities, demonstrating respect
  • Consideration for individuals and their experiences and expertise
  • Communicate constructively to other team members and/or company employees
  • Be aware of and communicate to other employees and to the business, opportunities for improvement in processes, practices and/or procedures

Experience:

  • Experience in a Level 1 & Level 2 repair / warehousing / distribution / logistics environment
  • Any previous experience in the similar field will be preferable

Qualification:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification / Warehouse and/or Technical Service Centre experience

Compliance:

  • Contribute to health and safety at work by identifying, reporting and controlling hazards and promptly reporting incidents
  • Comply with all applicable company policies
  • A favourable Police Check and other background checks are required

Information Security

  • Comply with company policies and procedures in relation to Information security and confidentiality
  • Avoid working in a manner that represents any unacceptable risk to information security, including non-work activities which result or could result in breach of the information security policy
  • Report any breach of privacy, security or confidentiality in a timely manner to protect the interests of the company
